At Gamesporium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and promotional materials are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
